自体角膜移植对角膜血管新生抑制作用的实验研究

目的 研究早期自体角膜缘移植对碱烧伤后角膜血管新生（ＣＮＶ）的影响。方法 ２０只家兔，用ＮａＯＨ建立角膜新生血管动物模型。在伤后１、３、５、７天进行自体角膜缘移植结果 角膜上皮愈合时间手术组平均１２．３８天，对照组１９天。ＣＮＶ程度：手术组１￣２级１５眼占９３．７５５，对照组３￣４组４眼占１００％。手术组ＣＮＶ侵入角膜少，血管细小，管腔内红细胞少。结论 自体角膜缘移植可抑制ＣＮＶ，促进角膜上皮的愈

An experinental study of limbal autograft transplantation inhibiting coneal vascularization

Objective This paper studies the clinical significance of the early limbal autograft transplantation on alkaline corneal burn with corneal vascularization (CNV).Methods The animal model was created in eyes of 20 rabbits by NaOH.Transplantation on the first,third,fifth and seventh day after the alkaline corneal burn.Results Day of corneal epithelial healing operative groups was 12.38 and control groups was 19 less corneal vascularization in the operative groups than the control one.Conclusions The limbal autograft transplantation can inhibit corneal vascularization,and accelerate proliferation of corneal epithelial.
