真武汤加减治疗心力衰竭42例临床观察

目的:观察真武汤加味治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:42例患者均为我院住院患者,随机分为两组。其中对照组20例,采用西药常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗;治疗组22例,采用真武汤加减治疗。结果:经治疗后对照组总有效率为60%,治疗组总有效率为91.67%。两组患者治疗后疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:传统真武汤加味治疗心力衰竭效果明显优于西药,且能克服西药副作用大,疗效不稳定等特点。

Clinical observation of Modified Zhenwu decoction on the treatment of patients with CHF

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment on CHF by Modified Zhenwu decoction.Methods:42 cases of patients with CHF in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.20cases in the control group were given routine method of western medicine as striving heart,diuresis,and dilating blood vessel;22 cases in the treatment group were given the treatment of Modified Zhenwu Decoction plus medicines.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 60%,while in the treatment group the rate reached 91.67%.There were significant difference of post-treatment therapeutic effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness of applying Traditional Modified Zhenwu Decoction to the treatment of CHF is obviously higher than that of western medicine,and it can overcome the disadvantages of western medicine,such as great adverse reaction,instable therapeutic effect etc.
