规范医护人员接触环节对院内感染的影响

目的探讨规范医护人员接触环节与新生儿病房院内感染率的关系。方法通过对2005年1月至2009年12月新生儿病房出院患者,在规范医护人员接触环节前后发生院内感染进行回顾性分析,探讨新生儿病房规范医护人员接触环节与院内感染发生的关系。结果规范医护人员接触环节后的2008年1月至2009年12月2年,较未规范的2005年1月至2007年12月3年,新生儿病房院内感染发生率明显降低(P=0.0494);败血症、脑膜炎等严重院内感染发生率下降明显(P=0.0338)。结论规范医护人员接触环节,对降低新生儿病房院内感染及严重院内感染发生有重要作用。

The Influence of Neonatal Ward Management System and Work Flow On the Nosocomial Infection

Objective To investigate the Neonatal ward management system and work flow on the impact of nosocomial infection.Methods Through retrospective analysis the newborn nursery nosocomial infection data in January 2005 to December 2009,to investigate the relationship of Neonatal ward norms of medical staff and the nosocomial infection.Results Neonatal wards nationwide nosocomial infection rate was significantly lower since January 2008 to December 2009 than the rate of nosocomial infection in January 2005 to December 2007（P=0.0494）.The serious nosocomial infection rate has dropped significantly,for example,Septicemia and meningitis（P=0.0338）.Conclusion Strict implementation of the system and operation process of nosocomial infection related to neonatal ward can Significantly reduce neonatal unit nosocomial infection and serious nosocomial infection.
