胸部疾病微创诊治手术方法的选择

目的:对于胸内一些简单疾惠，尝试采用微创开胸的方法，具有与胸腔镜类似的优点，但治疗费用降低。方法:将适当病例分入微创开胸组和胸腔镜组，总病例数为18例次，通过改进手术方法，使得两组病例都能顺利进行手术。结果:微创开胸组病例在微创的前提下。手术时间和术后带胸管时间较胸腔镜组未显出劣势，且治疗费用降低。结论:对于适当的病例，微创开胸是可行的。

Alternative method to achieve minimal invasive surgery in thorax

Objective: In some simple condition, we try to find a cost-effective method to achieve minimal invasive thoracic surgery. Methods: An prospective research with 18 cases was accomplished in minimal invasive thoracotomy group and VATS group. Results: The minimal invasive thoracotomy group showed no inferior to VATS group with respect to operation duration and drainage duration, and the cost dropped obviously. Conclusions: The minimal invasive thoracotomy is feasible in some selective patients.
