摘    要:目的观察体外低频低强度超声长期照射对兔颈段脊髓传导功能和组织结构的影响。方法健康新西兰家兔12只,按照超声辐照强度分成A组(0.5 W/cm2,10 min/d)和B组(1 W/cm2,10 min/d),每组各6只,分别比较超声照射20 d前后两组动物皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)。超声照射20 d后处死动物,取照射部位下方颈段脊髓组织在光镜和电镜下观察组织形态结构。结果超声照射前家兔前肢和后肢CSEP的N1波和P1波潜伏期及振幅与超声照射后比较差异无统计学意义,照射后颈段脊髓组织在光镜下观察未见明显病理改变,电镜观察超微结构正常。结论 20 kHz,声强1 W/cm2以下的体外低频低强度超声长期照射动物颈部不会对其脊髓产生明显的不良影响。

Effects of low-intensity and low-frequency ultrasonic irradiation on cervical spinal cord in rabbits

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of low-intensity and low-frequency ultrasonic irradiation on cervical spinal cord in rabbits.Method Twelve new Zealand white rabbits were divided into group A (0.5 W/cm2,10 min/d) and group B ( 1 W/cm2, 10 min/d ).The cortical somatosensory evoked potential (CSEP) was stimulated before and after ultrasonic irradiation procedure. Then all animals were sacrificed,and cervical spinal cord tissue were taken for the microscope and electron microscope observation.Results The difference of the amplitude and delay time of N1 wave and P1 wave between two groups were not significant when comparing 20 d before and after ultrasonic irradiation.No pathological change was observed in the cervical spinal cord.Conclusion 20 kHz. 1 W/cm2 and lower intensity ultrasonic irradiation is safe for animal spinal cord.
