| 摘 要： | 甲状腺结节是内分泌系统最常见的肿块之一,超声检查大大提高了甲状腺结节检出率,成为临床常用的诊断手段,但其在对结节的定性诊断方面仍有不足。近年来,超声造影技术的出现在一定程度上提高了对甲状腺结节性病变定性诊断的能力,本文就超声造影技术在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中的应用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Thyroid nodule is one of the most common lump in endocrine system. Ultrasonography used as common diagnosis method in clinic can improve markedly the detection rate of thyroid nodule,but it is not enough for thyroid nodule in qualitative diagnosis. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can improve the ability of qualitative diagnosis in thyroid nodule at certain degree. The application and development of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodule were reviewed in this article. |
