| 摘 要： | 目前高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是临床治疗子宫肌瘤的方法之一,而缩宫素能使肌瘤血供减少,有助于超声能量沉积,是HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤最常用的增效剂。本文阐述了其增效的原理及剂量选择,并分析其应用的安全性。

| Abstract: | High-intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）has become a way of treating uterine fibroid in clinic currently.The oxytocin can reduce the blood supply in fibroid,and help to the deposition of ultrasonic energy,which is the most commonly used synergist of HIFU treating uterine fibroid. The article explains the rationale of synergy and dose selection,and analyze the security of application. |
