摘    要:Nogo-A是近年来人们在中枢神经系统髓磷脂中研究发现的一种抑制轴突生长的蛋白。现已证明,Nogo蛋白是网状蛋白家族的第四个成员,是一种跨膜蛋白。目前已证实其在体外培养时有很强的神经轴突生长抑制活性。Nogo-A的发现将使神经系统损伤的治疗产生革命性的进步。

Abstract:Nogo-A is a recently identified inhibitory protein found in myelin of central nervous system. It has been confirmed that Nogo-A is a potent inhibitor of neurite outgrowth. It has been demonstrated that Nogo protein is a member of a family of proteins called the Reticulon family and is a transmembrane protein. Experiments showed that it had strong inhibitory effect on neurite growth. The studies of Nogo-A have brought about encouraging results in the researches of CNS regeneration. This article reviews the advances in the study of Nogo-A in recently years.
