| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨麻醉选择在预防PPH手术中因牵拉直肠中下段黏膜而出现迷走神经反射症状的临床意义.方法:将95例行PPH手术患者随机分为治疗组(48例)和对照组组(47例),治疗组采用中位蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉,对照组采用腰俞穴麻醉.观察两组患者术中及术后24 h内是否出现迷走神经反射症状,出现任何一种症状为无效,否则为有效.结果:治疗组有效率为97.92%,疗效优于对照组12.77%(P＜0.01).结论:中位蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉可有效预防PPH手术中及术后迷走神经反射,使PPH真正成为微创手术.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical significance of preventing vagus reflex during PPH surgery by difference anesthetic techniques.Methods: A total of 95 cases underwent PPH were divided randomly into two groups,treatment group(n=48) and control group(n=47). Subarachnoid space block anesthesia was used in the treatment group and YaoShuxue anesthesia in the control group. If any symptom of vagus reflex was found in intra-and post-operative 24 hours, it was considered ineffective. Results: The effective rate was 97.92% in the treatment group and 12.77% in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Subarachnoid space block anesthesia can effectively preventing vagus reflex during intra-and post-operative. |
