中药治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床研究

目的:探讨以行气疏肝为主的中药治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法:将纳入缺血性视神经病变诊断的患者76例(102眼)随机分为两组:治疗组37例(51眼)以行气疏肝为主的中药汤剂口服,1剂/d,2wk为1个疗程,共4个疗程;对照组39例(51眼)复方血栓通胶囊口服,3粒/次,3次/d,2wk为1个疗程,共4个疗程。观察治疗前后视力、视野的改变,评价临床疗效。结果:4个疗程(2mo)的结果显示:治疗组总有效率88.2%,总显效率13.7%,对照组总有效率72.5%,总显效率9.8%。两者比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=2.733,P<0.05),治疗组治疗后裸眼视力及视野改善情况均优于对照组。结论:以行气疏肝为主的中药治疗缺血性视神经病变能有效地改善患者的视力、视野,具有良好的临床疗效。

Clinical research of traditional chinese medicine treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy

AIM: Evaluating the therapeutic effectiveness of ischemic optic neuropathy treated with traditional chinese medicine by promoting Qi flow and soothing liver. ·METHODS: All cases in the investigation were allocated randomly into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group (37 cases,51 eyes): adopting to take orally herbal decoction with compound formula of Chinese herbal promoting Qi flow and smoothing liver, one agent per day, and 2 weeks for a course,four courses all together; the control group(39 cases,51 eyes): adopting to take orally Fufang Xue-shuantong capsule (mainly consisted of Sanchi, dan-shen root and membranous milkvetch root),3 granulations once, three times per day, and 2 weeks for a course,four courses all together. Observed vision, vision changes before and after treatment, evaluation of clinical efficacy. ·RESULTS: Four treatment courses(two months) results showed that the total effective rates for treatment group and control group were 88.2% and 72.5% respectively and their total excellent rates were 13.7% and 9.8% res-pectively. The effective rate for treatment group was significantly high than that of control group (χ2=2.733,P<0.05). ·CONCLUSION: The methods of promoting Qi flow and soothing liver can improve vision and visual field,showing to be an effective therapy for ischemic optic neuropathy.
