| 摘 要： | 目的观察央芪汤对胃癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法培养人胃癌细胞SGC-7901细胞株,用MTT法评价央芪汤对胃癌细胞增殖的抑制作用,确定央芪汤对胃癌细胞的IC50值,采用流式细胞术检测央芪汤对胃癌细胞凋亡的诱导作用,免疫细胞化学法检测胃癌细胞中bcl-2及caspase-3蛋白的表达情况。结果央芪汤可以显著促进胃癌细胞SGC-7901的凋亡(P0.01),明显增加胃癌细胞SGC-7901凋亡蛋白caspase-3的表达(P0.01),并可明显抑制抗凋亡蛋白bcl-2的表达(P0.01)。结论央芪汤可以通过促进胃癌细胞的凋亡,达到抗肿瘤的目的。
