| Abstract: | In this paper, we reported the improved assay method for 6 marks on HBV using finger's blood and microdetermination ELISA. It was evaluated with me-thology according to the quality control standard published by the Health Ministry. Two methods were compared using determination of serum of venous blood and using mirrodetermination of finger's blood for dsctetion of 6 marks on HBV in 240 patients. Their identical ratioes were 93.8-98.3%and this method is better than others. It needs only 80ul finger's blood and it doesn't need serum separated from venous blood. During the experiment, only a half dose reagent and sample were used |
