新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂的防龋实验研究

摘    要:目的实验研究新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂的防龋效果和黏结强度。方法把新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂和不含氟牙釉质黏结剂黏结的离体双尖牙放置在酸性溶液中30d,并制作磨片。光学显微镜下观察并测量牙釉质脱矿的距离。分析和比较新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂和不含氟牙釉质黏结剂黏结强度的差异。结果牙磨片显示新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂具有防止釉质脱矿的作用。3种不同浓度新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂与不含氟正畸牙釉质黏结剂的黏结强度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂具有良好的防龋作用,防龋效果与其浓度呈正比。新型氟缓释牙釉质黏结剂的黏结强度能满足临床的需要。

An Experimental Study on Anticariogenic Effects of New Type Slow Fluoride Orthodontic Bonding Adhesive

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-cariogenie effect and the bond strength of a new type slow fluoride orthodontic bonding adhesive in vitro, and to discuss the anti-cariogenic mechanisms, the relationship between the concentrations and the anti-cariogenic effects of the new type slow fluoride orthodontic bunding adhesive. Methods The premolars extracted from orthodontic young patients were bunded with the new type slow fluoride orthodontic bonding adhesives. The bonding promolars were put into the acidic solution for 30 days, then cut into ground sections. The distance of the demineralization was measured in light microscope. The changes of enamel surface around the brackets were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the bond strength of the experimental and the control groups were compared. Results There was positive correlation between the anti-cariogenic effect and the concentration of the new type slow fluoride orthodontic bonding adhesive. Calcium fluoride depositions were found on the enamel surface of the experimental group by SEM. The statistical analysis revealed no significant differences among the bond strength of the materials tested. Conclusion The new type slow fluoride orthodontic bonding adhesive was capable of inhibiting the demineralization of the enamel. The relationship between the concentration and the anti-eariogenic effects was positive, and the bonding strength was enough for the clinical use.
