抗乳腺增生合剂治疗乳腺增生症56例临床疗效分析

目的 观察抗乳腺增生合剂治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效.方法 112例确诊的乳腺增生症患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组56例,治疗组给予抗乳腺增生合剂治疗(每次口服150mL,每日1次),对照组给予乳癖散结胶囊治疗(每次4粒,每日3次).结果 治疗组总的有效率为89.3％,高于对照组的75.0％,两组相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 抗乳腺增生合剂治疗乳腺增生症,疗效满意,适宜于临床推广应用.

Clinical Effect Study of Kangruxianzengsheng Mixture in Treatment of 56 Cases of Mammary Hyperplasia

Object ive To study the clinical effect of kangruxianzengsheng mixture on mammary hyperplasia.Methods 112 cases patients with mammary hyperplasia were divided randomly into the treatment group （56 cases） and the control group （56 cases ） .Patients in the treatment group were given kangruxianzengsheng mixture （ 15OraL Po.Qd ） , and patients in the control group were given rupisanjie capsule （4 capsulse Po.Tid） .Results The total effective rate of treatment group （89.3%） was higher than that in control group （75.0%） , the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ） .Cone I us i on Kangruxianzengsheng mixture is an effective method in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia, which is worth utilizing widely in clinic.
