化痰逐瘀汤联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压病疗效观察

目的]观察化痰逐瘀汤治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法]按照随机原则,将60例高血压患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,选用马来酸左旋氨氯地平片联合化痰逐瘀中药汤剂口服,对照组30例,单纯使用马来酸左旋氨氯地平片口服,疗程12周。结果]治疗组总有效率达93.30%;对照组总有效率达80.00%,两组有效率比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论]化痰逐瘀法联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压病疗效显著,值得推广。

Resolving Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis with LEVOAMLODIPINE SUCCINATE Treatment of Hypertension Clinical Observation

Objective]To observe the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis treatment of hypertension clinical efficacy.Methods] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,of which 30 cases of the treatment group in the use of the L-amlodipine maleate tablet using oral decoction of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis of the traditional Chinese medicine,the control group Simply useing the L-amlodipine maleate tablet,treatment for 2 weeks.Results] The treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.3%;the control group,the total effective rate was 80.0%,total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion] The method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis treatment of hypertension significant effect,it is worth promoting.
