腹腔镜行结直肠癌根治术14例

[目的]探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的可行性及临床疗效.[方法]自2004年3月～9月,共施行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术14例,其中Dixon手术4例,Miles手术6例,右半结肠切除术3例,左半结肠切除术1例.[结果]其中13例手术成功,1例中转开腹.手术平均时间240min(180～480min),平均出血量100ml(20～500ml),术后平均住院时间9d(7～15d).无术后并发症,无腹壁戳口的癌种植及肿瘤复发.[结论]腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术具有创伤小,术后并发症少,肠功能恢复快及平均住院时间缩短等优点.

Application of Laparoscopic Radical Surgery for Colorectal Cancer in 14 Cases

[Purpose]To study the feasibility and clinical outcome of laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.[Methods] From Mar.2004 to Sep.2004,14 cases with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic radical surgery,among them 4 with Dixon,6 with Miles,3 with right semicolectomy,and 1 with left semicolectomy.[Results]In the series,13 cases were successful;1 case converted to laparotomy.The average operative time was 240 min(180~480min),the mean operative blood loss was 100ml(20~500ml),the mean post-operative hospitalization was 9 days(7~15days).There was no post-operative complication and trocar site recurrence and metastasis.[Conclusion] Laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer has the advantages of less trauma,less postoperative complication,an early bowel function recovery and a shorter duration of hospitalization.
