临床护理路径在急诊低钾血症患者健康教育中的效果

摘    要:目的探讨临床护理路径在低钾血症患者健康教育中应用的效果。方法将90例低钾血症患者随机分成观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组按照自制的临床护理路径观察表进行健康教育,对照组按照常规进行健康教育,并对2组患者随访12个月,比较2组患者出院后复发情况。结果观察组出院前知识掌握情况评分为(28.23±2.07)分,对照组为(23.10±4.12)分,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=7.46,P0.01);观察组健康理念形成率为86.7%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.03,P0.05)。12个月末,实验组病情复发累计11例,对照组复发25例,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.07,P0.01)。结论系统规范的临床护理路径及对低钾血症患者进行健康教育,可提高患者对疾病的掌握程度和健康理念形成率,降低疾病的复发率。

Abstract: Objective] To discuss the effect of clinical nursing path on the health education for emergency patients with hypokalemia. Methods] Totally 90 hypokalemia patients were randomly divided into the observation group (45 cases) and control group(45 cases). The health education for the observation group was based on self-designed clinical nursing path watehlist, routine method of health education was adopted for the control group. The follow up time was 12 months for both 2 groups; the recurrence status was compared between 2 groups. Results ] The score of the observation group on grasping knowledge before leaving hospital was (28.23 ±2.07 ), that of the control group was (23.10 ±4.12) , the contrast was significantly different ( t =2.74,P 〈0.01 ) ; the health concept formation rate of the observation group was 86.7%, that of the control group was 66.7%, the contrast was significant- ly different ( X2 = 5.03, P 〈 0.05 } ; At the end of the 12th month, 11 recurrence cases were in the observation group, 25 in the control group, the difference was significant (X2 = 9.07, P 〈0.01 }. Conclusion] Systemic and standardized clinical nursing path and health education for hypokalemia patients can enhance the grasping degree of the disease, health Concept formation rate, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
