早期心理和康复干预对急性脑梗死患者生活质量和心理健康的影响

目的探讨早期心理和康复干预对急性脑梗死患者生活质量与心理健康的影响。方法将352例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各176例，对照组给予内科常规治疗及随意自我锻炼，观察组在内科常规治疗的基础上，早期给予心理和康复干预。2组病人均于治疗前和治疗后3个月采用Spitzer生活质量指数表（QLI）和Barthel指数（BI）量表评定生活质量，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）测评心理健康。结果观察组患者治疗后QLJ和BI积分均比对照组明显升高（P〈0．001）；观察组SCL00各指标均比对照组明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论早期心理和康复干预能有效降低急性脑梗死患者的心理不良反应，提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of early psychological and rehabilitation intervention on the quality of life and mental health in patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of early psychological and rehabilitation intervention on the quality of life and mental health in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 352 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly enrolled into intervention group （176 cases） and control group （176 cases）. The control group was given conventional therapy,while the intervention group received early psychological and rehabilitation intervention in addition to the conventional therapy. The quality of life index （QLI） and Bartbei index （BI） were used to assess the quality of life before and 3 months after treatment. SCL-90 was used to assess the mental health. Results The scores of QLI and Bl in the intervention group were significantly higher than in the control group （ P 〈0.001 ）. Each score of SCL-90 had difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Early psychological and rehabilitation intervention are effective in prompting mental health and life satisfaction in natients of acute cerebral infarction.
