| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨二维超声诊断视网膜母细胞瘤及其合并症的价值。材料和方法 :应用法国BVI眼科专用二维超声仪检查的 2 2例患者均经手术证实为视网膜母细胞瘤。结果 :视网膜母细胞瘤二维超声表现为玻璃体内实性肿物 19例 ,全部伴有钙化 ,其中砂粒样钙化 3例、钙化斑 7例、钙化团 9例 ;眼球壁局限性增厚 2例 ;视神经肿物 1例。超声发现视网膜母细胞瘤合并继发性青光眼 3例、视网膜脱离 2例、玻璃体混浊 2例。结论 :二维超声可以较明确诊断视网膜母细胞瘤及其合并症。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To detect the value of two-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing retinoblastoma and complications.Materials and Methods: 22 cases with retinoblastoma were examined with two-dimensional ultrasound and their diagnosis were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results: Retinoblastoma's ultrasonic manifestations included solid mass with calcification in vitreous in 19 cases (3 cases of point calcification, 7 spot calcification and 9 mass calcification ); eye ball wall thickening locally in 2 cases; and optic nerve swelling in 1 case. The complications were demonstrated by sonography as 3 secondary glaucoma, 2 retinal detachment, and 2 vitreous turbid. Conclusion: Tow-dimension sonography contributes well to the diagnosis of retinoblastoma and complication. |
