| 摘 要： | 目的：有效地缩短平均住院日，可以降低患者医疗费用，减轻患者负担，提高医院社会和经济效益，实现双赢。方法：利用某院2007年出院患者信息，对影响平均住院日的因素进行分析。结果：平均住院日与治疗结果、年龄、有无院内感染、有无并发症等因素相关。结论：完善各项制度，加强管理，有效缩短平均住院日。

| Abstract: | Objective： Shortening the average length of hospitalization effectively can reduce patients ＇ medical expense, relieve patients＂ burden, improve social and economic benefits and achieve win -win situation. Methods： Use the discharged patients＂ information in certain hospital in 2007 to analyze on elements influencing the average length of hospitalization. Results： The average length of hospitalization is related to elements such as results of treatment, age, whether there is ward infection and complication. Conclusion： Perfecting every system and strengthening management can shorten the average length of hospitalization. |
