| 摘 要： | 目的分析徐州市5～14岁儿童少年伤害死亡特征，为制定意外伤害干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集2008年徐州市儿童少年意外伤害死亡资料，进行统计分析。结果2008年徐州市儿童少年意外伤害死亡率为6．56／10万，男性意外伤害死亡率（8．97／10万）显著高于女性（3．75／10万）。意外伤害的前四位死亡原因依次为淹死、机动车交通事故、意外中毒、意外跌落，死亡率分别为2．35／10万、1．55／10万、0．62／10万、0．31／10万。意外伤害死亡潜在减寿年数为6275，减寿率为3．88‰。结论意外伤害已是徐州市儿童少年死亡的主要原因，应加强儿童少年常见意外伤害的防制工作。
