| 摘 要： | 目的 ]研究花芦胶囊对实验性糖尿病小鼠的降低血糖作用 .方法 ]用四氧嘧啶诱发建立糖尿病小鼠模型 ,芦荟组小鼠每日灌胃 0 2 g/kg芦荟干粉 ,花芦胶囊小鼠每日灌胃 0 5g/kg花芦胶囊 ,并检测小鼠血糖水平 .结果 ]给药后花芦胶囊组和芦荟组小鼠的血糖水平明显低于对照组 ,且花芦胶囊组小鼠的血糖水平明显低于芦荟组 .结论 ]花芦胶囊具有较好的降低血糖效果 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To study the effects of the Hua lu capsule on the blood glucose level in the diabetic mice.?METHODS? The diabetic mouse model was induced by alloxan. 0.2?g/kg dose powder of d ried aloe leaf and 0.5?g/kg dose of the Hualu capsule were mixed into the basi c diet and fed to mice, and the blood glucose of mice were determined.? RESULTS?Powder of dried aloe leaf and the Hualu capsule decreased the blood glucose level in the diabetic mice.? CONCLUSION?The Hualu capsule decreases the blood glucose level . |
