| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨清热解毒中药 (血泉 )对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用微孔板培养同位素掺入法、夹心 ELISA法、依赖细胞株法 ,分别检测用药后小鼠淋巴细胞转化率、IL- 1、IL- 2、s IL-2 R水平。结果 :该药在一定剂量范围内增强淋巴细胞转化率 ,使小鼠脾细胞产生 IL- 1 α、IL- 1 β的量增加 ,s IL- 2 R水平显著升高。结论 :清热解毒中药 (血泉 )对小鼠免疫功能具有多方面的调节作用

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of heat clearing and detoxifying drugs on immunological system in mice.Methods The methods of microporous culture plates 3H-TdR mix,sandwich ELISA,dependent cells strain were used to detect the lymphocyte transformation rate and the levels of IL 1,IL 2,SIL 2R after medicines were taken.Results The drugs could intensify the lymphocyte transformation rate in a certain dose extent and enhance the amount of IL 1α and IL 1β of spleen cells in mice,and the level of SIL-2R increased significantly.Conclusion The drugs have regulative effect on immunological function in many aspects. |
