鼻胆（胰）导管引流术治疗胰胆疾病的护理

目的：探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）经十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（EST），胆道取石后行鼻胆（胰）导管引流术（ENBD或ENPD）治疗各种胰胆疾病。方法：对108例患者经ERCP＋EST＋ENBD或ENPD，观察术后情况，防止并发症的发生。结果：108例患者经ERCP＋EST＋ENBD或ENPD治疗，胆汁或胰液引流通畅，淀粉酶下降，腹痛减轻，避免了手术痛苦。患者行引流3～7天后拔管，治疗效果良好。结论：ENBD或ENPD对胆胰疾病有着积极的诊断和治疗作用，加强术前、术后的护理是极其重要的。

The nursing of biliary and pancreatic diseases treated by endoscopic nosal biliany drainage

Object: To probe into the effects of executing duct drainage trentment after the Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopan-creatography (ERCP) and Papilla of duodenum papillotomy for stone extraction (EST) Methods: To observe the conditon of 108 cases such as stomachache and the biliary drainage after the operation, so as to prevent the happening of complications. Results: All the cases were received rapial decompression in bile ducts, unobstructed biliary drainage, lower amylase, lighten stomachache.The pipes were pulled out after 3 to 7 days drainage. Conclusions: It is energetic to using nasobiliary drainage in diagnosing and treating guts - pancreas diseases. Moreover, it is important to enhancing the nursing of pre and pro ERCP and EST.
