| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析脑结核瘤的临床特点 ,提高临床诊断准确率及治疗效果。方法 :结合文献对 1例多发性脑结核瘤患者的临床特点、影像学表现及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 :该例脑内结核瘤粟粒样分布 ,病灶多达 15个以上 ,同时累及大脑、小脑及脑干 ,抗结核治疗后病灶缩小 ,数目明显减少。结论 :脑结核瘤的诊断需结合临床特点、影像学表现及抗痨效果综合判定。药物治疗是有效的 ,但需长程、规则。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the clinical characteristics of brain tuberculoma and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the efficacy of therapy.Methods:In combination with literatures,the clinical characteristics as well as the features of images and therapeutic efficacy of a case of brain tuberculomas were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The numbers of tuberculomas of this case were more than 15.The tuberculomas involved miliarily not only in cerebrum but also in cerebellum and brain stem.Both the size of lesions and the numbers of tuberculomas decreased significantly after treatment by antituberculosis drugs.Conclusion:The diagnosis of brain tuberculoma must be set up by clinical characteristics in combination with MR images and therapeutic efficacy of antituberculosis drug.The treatment with antituberculosis drug is efficient,but it must be long-term and standard. |
