自拟通腑降气汤治疗功能性消化不良68例临床观察

目的观察通腑降气汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法将115例诊断为功能性消化不良病人随机分为2组。治疗组68例，服用通腑降气汤；对照组47例，服用西沙必利片。4周为1疗程，每周记录症状1次。疗程结束后进行总疗效的评估。结果治疗组治愈19例，显效26例，有效16例，无效7例，总有效率89．7％；对照组治愈7例，显效ll例，有效14例，无效15例，总有效率68．1％。2组治疗效果比较，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．01。结论通腑降气汤对功能性消化不良疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of 68 Cases on Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia by Using Self-made "Tongfujiangqi Decoction"

Objective] To observe the effect of Tongfujiangqi Decoction on Functional Dyspepsia treatment. Methods] 115 patients with diagnosed functional dyspepsia were divided into 2 groups randomly. 68 as therapeutic group were treated with Tongfujiangqi Decoction; 47 as control group were treated with cisapride tablets. The two groups had a course of treatment for four weeks with a weekly record of symptoms. Results] Among therapeutic group 19 were cured, 26 were notable, 16 were effective cases, 7 were ineffective, with the total efficiency of 89. 7%. Among control group 7 were cured, 11 were notable, 14 were effective cases, 15 were ineffective, with the total efficiency of 68.1%.
