针药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎80例临床观察

目的:探索针药合用对慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将160例慢性盆腔炎患者分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组患者以电针结合清热除湿化瘀中药外敷及灌肠治疗;对照组采用西药常规治疗,予左氧氟沙星注射液及甲硝唑静滴。观察其症状、体征及B超变化等。结果:治疗组治愈40例,占50%;有效34例,占42.50%;无效6例,占7.50%;总有效率92.50%。对照组治愈30例,占37.50%;有效31例,占38.75%;无效19例,占23.75%;总有效率76.25%。2组之间比较差异显著(P0.05)。结论:电针结合清热除湿化瘀之中医综合治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Observation on Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Treated with Electroacupuncture and Comprehensive Traditional Medicine Therapy

Objective： To observe the curative effect of combination of electroaqupuncture and chinese herbs. Methods： 160 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group is treated with electroacupuncture and extemal application and enteroclysis of chinese herbs which has the effect of clearing heat and disinhibiting dampness and dissipating blood stasis. The control group is treated with levofloxacin and mertonidazole infusion.Results. 80 cases of treatment group, 40 are cured, occupying 50%.34 better,42.5% ：6 no effect, 7.5%.The total effective rate is 92.5%.80 cases of control group, 30 are cured, occupying 37.5%.31 better, 38.75%： 19 no effect, 23.75%.The total effective rate is 76.25%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： There was a significant difference between two groups, the curative effect of combination of electroaqupuncture and chinese herbs is much better than the western medicine.
