大学生学习倦怠及其与应对风格的关系

摘    要:目的 了解大学生的学习倦怠状况,探讨学习倦怠与应对风格之间的关系.方法 采用《大学生学习倦怠量表》和《应对风格问卷》对450名大学生进行测查.结果 大学生总体上存在一定程度的学习倦怠,其中表现突出的是情绪低落和成就感低.倦怠总得分、情绪低落因子和行为不当因子,均是男生得分显著地高于女生.大二学生的行为不当因子得分显著性地高于大三学生.理科大学生在情绪低落因子、成就感低因子和倦怠总得分上显著地高于文科.采用控制型应对风格的大学生倦怠得分均低于其他应对风格.结论 大学生的学习倦怠状况不容忽视.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of learning burnout of undergraduates, the relationship between learning burnout and coping style. Methods 450 undergraduates were assessed with "Undergraduate Learning Burnout Scale" and "Coping Style Questionnaire". Results Undergraduates' learning burnout level was comparatively high, especially at the level of dejection and reduced personal accomplishment. Male students were higher than females at the level of general burnout, dejection and improper behavior. In terms of grades, sophomores were higher than juniors at the level of improper behavior. In terms of majors, the students of science was higher than those of liberal and medicine at level of general burnout, dejection and reduced personal accomplishment. The level of general learning burnout of undergraduates who used controlling coping style was lower than the level of others. Conclusion The status of learning burnout of undergraduates must be paid more attention to.
