| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨如何提高乳腺疾病的诊断水平，及早发现乳腺癌。方法 我科使用红外线乳腺诊断仪对2887例妇女进行乳腺疾病检查。结果 检出乳腺疾病2113倒，阳性率为73．19％。其中乳腺癌34例，诊断符合率91．17％。结论 计算机红外线扫描器对鉴别乳腺良、恶性病变颇有价值，尤其对乳腺癌的早期诊断有一定临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate how to improve the diagnosis of breast cancer and find it earlier.Methods 2887 outpatients were examined by diagnostic computer-aided infrared scan.Results Breast disease was find in 73.19%(2113/2887) of patients.34 patients were diagnosed as breast cancer,diagnostic coincidence rate was 91.17%.Conclusions Computer-aided infrared scan is valuable for differentiating benign or malignant disease of breast,especially for early diagnosis of breast cancer. |
