浅议仲景百合病"内热"之旨

百合病病机为阴虚而有内热,虚为阴虚,内热当为虚热、余热、郁热皆有。正由于其内热的复杂性、或阴虚与内热比例多少之不定,所以百合病才有了"诸药不能治"的困境,如果以"阴虚生内热"统之,则识证不清,用药鲜有不谬者。

Essence of Zhang Zhongjing's "Interior Heat" in the Lily Disease

The pathogenesis of lily disease was deficiency of Yin with interior heat,of which interior heat should contain fever of deficiency type,surplus heat and stagnated heat.Because of the complexity of interior heat of lily disease and the uncertainity of the proportion between deficiency of Yin and interior heat,it faced the difficulties of "being unable to be treated by all drugs".If the of viewpoint "interior heat being caused by deficiency of Yin" was generalized as the pathogenesis,the syndrome differentiation would not be clear and the drug usage would almost be wrong.
