元神胶囊对犬脑血流量的影响

目的:研究元神胶囊对麻醉犬脑血流量的影响。方法:将20只大随机分为5组,灌服给药,用电磁流量计法和多道生物信号分析系统及心电图机检测颈内动脉血流量、动脉血压、心电图,并计算颈内动脉血管阻力。结果:元神胶囊大、中、小剂量均能增加颈内动脉血流量、降低血管阻力,与空白对照组间有显著差异（P<0.05或0.01）,但对血压、心电图和心率无明显影响。结论:元神胶囊能增加脑血流量。

The Effects of Yuanshen Capsule on Canine Cerebral Blood Flow

Objective: To investigate the effects of Yuanshen capsule on cerebral blood flow in anesthetized canine. Methods: 20 dogs were divided into 5 groups randomly, orally administrated. Internal carotid artery blood flow, arterial pressure and electrocardiogram are measured by electromagnetic flowmeter, multichannel biosignal analyzing system and electrocardiograph respectively. Resistance of the internal carotid artery are calculated. Results: Any dose of Yuanshen capsule can improve internal carotid artery blood flow, decrese arterial resistance, it has significant differences with the control. ( P < 0. 05 or 0.01). But it has no significant effects on blood pressure, electrocardiogram and heart rate. Conclusion: Yuanshen capsule can increase cerebral blood flood.
