精子顶体酶活性与体外受精受精率的相关性研究

目的探讨精子顶体酶活性的变化与体外受精（IVF）受精率的关系。方法46例不育夫妇男方精液，测定其密度、活力、前向运动精子及精子顶体酶活性，探讨与IVF受精率的相关性。结果精子顶体酶活性与精子的密度无相关性，与精子的活率和前向运动精子有正相关，精子顶体酶活性与IVF受精率有直线正相关性。结论精子顶体酶活性与IVF受精率有相关性，通过测定精子顶体酶活性可能预测IVF受精率。

Study on the relationship between sperm acrosin activity and insemination during in-vitro fertilization

Objective： To study the effect of sperm acrosin activity and its association with the fertilization rate of IVF. Methods ： The sperm acrosin activity was assessed from the semen specimens in the male partners from 46 infertility couples selected for IVF. Sperm acrosin activity was determined speetrophotometricaUy to test the sperm acrosin activity, density, vitality. The sperms that moved forward were counted and their association with fertilization of the IVF was then studied. Results： The sperm density did not affect sperm acrosin activity in the study. Sperm acrosin activity was associated with sperm vitality and the forward-moving, which was also positively related with fertilization rate of the IVF. Low acrosin activity was associated with low fertilization rate. Conclusion： Sperm acrosin activity is associated with fertilization rate of the IVF, which can be a tool to predict the fertilization rate of the IVF.
