低功率微波治疗飞行人员急性分泌性中耳炎临床观察

目的　观察低功率微波耳内辐射治疗飞行人员急性分泌性中耳炎的疗效，研究其安全性及可行性。　　方法　观察组２４ 例（４０ 耳） ，采用ＷＦＬ—ＥⅢ型耳鼻喉科微波治疗仪，耳道内辐射器，输出功率２２ Ｗ，每日１ 次２０′，１５ 天１ 个疗程。配合糜蛋白酶加地塞米松中耳腔内注射。以单纯应用药物中耳腔内注射的１８ 例（３０ 耳） 为对照组。　　结果　观察组总有效率为９５ ．０ ％ ，治愈率８７ ．５ ％ ；对照组总有效率６０ ．０ ％ ，治愈率为４６ ．７ ％ 。观察组疗效明显优于对照组（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。　　结论　低功率微波耳道内辐射治疗分泌性中耳炎，疗效显著，无痛苦，无副作用

Clinical observation of acute secretory otitis media of pilots treated by low power microwave

Objective To observe the effect of low power microwave treatment of acute secretory otitis media of pilots. Methods The observed group were treated by low power microwave,inserted the radiator into patient's external acoustic Canal,output power was 22W,20 minutes treatment a day,15 days was a course,cooperated with injecting Chymotrypsinum Dexamethasone into patient's middle ear cave.The contrast group was treated only by middle ear cave injecting with the same drugs.Compared the efficiency of the two groups. Results After course,the effective and cure rate of the observed group was 95.0% and 87.5%,the contrast group was 60.0% and 46.7%.There were significant different between two groups. Conclusion Low power microwave radiate in external acoustic canal treatment of acute secretory otitis media is useful,painless and no side effect.
