| 摘 要： | 观察小柴胡汤对慢性肾炎患者因外感后蛋白尿加重的疗效 ,以提出和解少阳治疗蛋白尿的方法。对慢性肾炎患者因外感后蛋白尿加重的治疗 ,采用小柴胡汤和解少阳法 ,与常用的健脾补肾法作对照 ,观察疗程 1个月 ,检测尿常规和 2 4小时尿蛋白定量。结果 :治疗 1个月后 ,小柴胡汤组尿蛋白减少明显 ,疗效优于健脾补肾法。结论 :外感后慢性肾炎蛋白尿加重者 ,应采用和解少阳法 ,扶正祛邪 ,待邪尽之后才可应用健脾补肾补益之法。

| Abstract: | Objective :To study the curative effect of Xiao Chaihu decoction on increased proteinuria patients with chronic nephritis after catching a cold,and provide a therapy "relieving shaoyang disorder". Methods :Applied Xiao Chaihu decoction to "relieving shaoyang disorder",we treated chronic nephritis after catching a cold which had increased proteinuria,controlled with common therapy "invigorating spleen and kidney".After one month,the following parametres were examined:analysis of urine routine and the proteinuria quantum of all day. Result :the proteinuria quantum of Xiao Caihu decoction group was lower than "invigorating spleen and kidney"group obviously. Conclusion :On increased proteinuria patients with chronic nephritis after catching a cold,we give a therapy "relieving shaoyang disorder"to strengthen health Qi and eliminate dampness. |
