| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨矽肺的X线表现。方法 对已确诊的65例矽肺病例的X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果 65例矽肺主要X线表现为：所有病例均有小结节影，伴发团块影19例，胸膜增厚8例，肺门增大15例，肺门淋巴蛄蛋壳样钙化6例，肺气肿27例，网状阴影23例，矽肺并发肺蛄棱8例。结论 X线胸片是矽肺诊断的基础，对矽肺具有很好的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the X-ray manifestations of silicosis. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out in 65 patient with silicosis. Results X-ray manifestations in the 65 cases were: small nodulars found in all cases.19 cases combined with conglomeration shadow,8 cases pleura incrassation,15 cases hilum of lung aggrandizement,6 cases eggshell calcificated lymph node in hilum of lung,27 cases emphysema,23 cases reticulation hatching and 8 cases companion with tuberculosis. Conclusion X-ray sternum is groundwork for silicosis diagnosis and silicosis manifestations play an important role in diagnosis. |
