| Abstract: | Although this procedure is not necessarily indicated for all patients, it is an alternative to subsequent soft tissue, osseous, or synthetic grafting procedures. The combination of extraction, hydroxylapatite graft, and acid-etched replacement is an alternative treatment that reduces patient treatment time. |
