脑卒中患者肩痛三种治疗方案的疗效比较

[目的]观察三种方案治疗脑卒中患者肩痛的疗效。[方法]选择60例脑卒中肩痛患者,分为A、B、C三组,每组20例。A组:Bobath疗法结合肩关节松动术加针灸;B组:肩部推拿加针灸;C组:肩部中频加针灸。[结果]比较A组和B组,治疗效果经统计学处理,有显著性差异,P0.01;比较A组和C组,经统计学处理,有显著性差异,P0.01。比较B组和C组,经统计学处理,无显著性差异,P0.05。[结论]Bobath疗法结合肩关节松动术加针灸治疗是治疗脑卒中患者肩痛的较好选择。

Comparison of 3 Therapies for Shoulder Pain of Stroke
