摘    要:以PIJ702或PIJ486为载体构建了3个含有lmbH基因的重组质粒pESS701、pESS704和pESS708分子,分别回转化林可霉素产生菌B48,并随机挑选了600个回转化克隆进行摇瓶初筛,以抑菌圈直长作为稀理林可霉素产生量的标准。

Abstract:Using pIJ702 or pIJ486 as vector, three recombinant plasmids pESS701, pESS704 and pESS708 which all contained lmbH gene were constructed, then they were backtransformed into S.lincolnensis B48 and 600 transformants were screened, respectively. Using the antibacterial inhibition zone to evaluate the lincomycin productivity level, the data indicated that at least one high producing strain was obtained from each backtransformation of the three recombinant plasmids and named as No.6, No.81 and No.244, respectively, when compared with the industrial parent strain. The relevant increasing rates of the lincomycin productivity level were 71.9%, 110% and 53.6%, respectively.
