摘    要:低剂量多层螺旋CT结肠成像在结直肠疾病早期筛查中具有重要作用,与传统CT结肠成像技术、传统肠镜、结肠气钡双重造影检查和粪便潜血实验相比,其集中了辐射低、操作简单、受检者依从性较好及较高的疾病检出率、准确率和敏感性等优势。低剂量多层螺旋CT结肠成像还可以提高结直肠肿瘤的早期发现率,从而延长病人生存期,提高病人的生存质量,在结直肠肿瘤诊治中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Low-dose multi-slice spiral CT colonography plays an important role in the early inspection of colorectal diseases. Compared with traditional CT colonography, traditional colonoscopy, fecal occult blood test and double contrast barium enema examination, low-dose multi-slice spiral CT colonography has advantages in low radiation, simple operation, well compliance and higher disease detection rates, accuracy and sensitivity. Low-dose multi-slice spiral CT colonography can also increase the detection rates of early colorectal tumors, so as to prolong the survival period, improve the quality of life. It has a high application value in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal tumors.
