| 摘 要： | 原发性肝细胞癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前经导管肝动脉化学栓塞(TACE)、射频消融术(RFA)及高能聚焦超声(HIFU)等非手术微创治疗已成为外科手术之外治疗肝癌的首选方法。但由于治疗方法的局限性,术后常出现肿瘤病灶的残存或复发,因此准确评价术后疗效非常重要。近年扩散加权成像(DWI)、灌注成像(PWI)、磁共振波谱(MRS)在对肝癌的早期诊断及术后评价中发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors. Currently, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), radiofrequency ablation (RFA) , and high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）have been suggested as the preferred treatments in addition to surgery. Because of the limitations of these therapies, residual or recurrent appear frequently. It’s very important to accurately evaluate the therapeutic effects at postoperative stage. In recent years, diffusion weighted imaging （DWI）, perfusion weighted imaging （PWI）, magnetic resonance spectroscopy（MRS）play important roles in early detection and postoperative evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). |
