摘    要:目的:评价银汞合金与3种牙科常用合金在人工唾液中的电偶腐蚀性能.方法:运用电化学方法测量4种合金的自然腐蚀电位(Ecorr)、极化电阻(Rp)、腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)及3组电偶对的电偶电流密度,分析银汞合金与不同合金耦合后的腐蚀性能.结果:4种合金材料的Ecorr、Rp、Icorr均差异显著(P<0.01);电偶电流密度组间有显著差异(P<0.01).结论:4种合金中纯钛的耐腐蚀性最好;与Ag-Hg合金配合使用的最佳合金材料是纯钛,其次是Co-Cr合金,Ni-Cr合金较差.

Abstract:Objective: The galvanic corrosion behavior of dental amalgam coupled to three types of dental alloys in common use(pure Ti?Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy),was investigated in artificial saliva.Methods: An electrochemical method was used in the measurement of corrosion potential(Ecorr)?polarization resistance(Rp) and corrosion current density(Icorr) of four types of alloys,and current density of three galvanic couples.These electrochemical parameters were analyzed statistically.Results: The corrosion potential,polarization resistance and corrosion current density,respectively,were statistically different among the different alloys(P<0.01),and the current density of three couples was different respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion: The pure titanium exhibits the best corrosion resistant.Coupling to dental amalgam,pure titanium is the best choice,and Ni-Cr alloys is the worse.
