| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氢氟酸灼伤患者的救治方法,以提高治愈率。方法：对2001年至2006年35例氢氟酸灼伤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：35例患者治疗效果满意,未出现抽搐等严重并发症或死亡。结论：早期、及时、正确的急救,彻底清创,静脉补充钙离子,定时监测血钙,及早切除坏死创面,重视呼吸道损伤及防止全身并发症是成功救治的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the methods of treating hydrofluoric acid burns and to raise the cure rate. Methods: The clinical data of 35 hydrofluoric acid burned cases were studied retrospectively. Results:The effects of treatment in 35 cases were satisfactory, none of severe complication or death occured.
