| 摘 要： | 目的 筛选白芷总香豆素缓释片的最佳制备工艺,并进行其体外释放特性研究.方法 采用正交试验法,以HPMC为骨架材料,体外释放速率作为评价指标进行处方筛选与优化,筛选最佳处方.结果 采用最佳工艺制备的白芷总香豆素缓释片体外释放性能较好,能持续释药12 h,质量稳定,符合缓释片设计要求.结论 该法操作简便,结果真实可靠,可作为白芷总香豆素缓释制剂生产制备方法.
