兔小肠CO2激光焊接与线缝合的组织病理学变化

摘    要:目的 比较兔小肠CO2激光焊接和传统丝线缝合的组织病理学变化,探讨小肠CO2激光焊接的可行性。方法 选用杂种家兔26只,运用低功率(500mw)环形CO2激光焊接与临床外科常规缝合兔小肠,比较吻合后第3天,第1、2和3周二者的组织病理学变化。结果 激光焊接吻合与丝线吻合部位均有急性炎性细胞浸润,激光吻合处炎性细胞浸润程度明显轻于丝线缝合处。激光吻合愈合后期纤维增生较少,未见瘢痕组织形成。结论 用低功率CO2激光焊接小肠组织是可行的,具有一定潜在的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the possibility of utilizing carbon dioxide laser welding for intestinal anastomoses on rabbits through the histopathological observation in comparison with the traditional stitch suturing. Methods The intsetine ansatomosis in 26 rabbits was done by using 500 mW output power carbon dioxide laser and compared with traditional stitch suturing. We observed the organic changes in d 3 and after 1,2 and 3 weeks. Results We found CO21aser welding was better than traditional suture, it had some advantages such as simplicity,fastness and so on. Conclusions These preliminary observations suggest that using CO2 laser to weld intestine be quite efficient.
