乙肝患者血清中HBV DNA测定及其意义

目的：了解HBV感染时，HBV DNA阳性的不同血清学指标组合情况。方法：对370份HBV DNA阳性的血清用ELISA方法进行血清学测定。结果：HBsAg、HBeAg、HBeAg、HBcAb均阳性的标本216例，占58.4％；HBsAg、HBcAb均阳性的标本63例，占17％；HBsAg、HBcAb均阳性的标本48例，占13％；HBsAg、HBeAg均阳性的标本30例，占8.1％；HBsAb、HBcAb均阳性的标本6例，占1.6％；HBsAg、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb均阳性的标本6例，占1.6％；HBsAb阳性1例，占0.3%。结论：单凭HBsAg和HBeAg阳性来判断肝脏中HBV复制及有无传染性是不够的，是造成部分慢性乙肝漏诊；同时HBV DNA含量的监测，更有利于临床治疗方案的选择和疗效观察。

Detection of the level of HBV DNA in the serum of patients with hepatitis B and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the different serologic markers of hepatitis B virus whose nuclei acid were positive Methods:370 blood specimens from HBV whose nuclei acid were positive were determined by enzyme linked immunosvbent assay Results:The positive rate of all of HBsAg and HBeAg and HBcAg was 58 4%(216 case);The positive rate of all of HBsAg and HBeAb and HBcAb was 17%(63 case);The positive rate of both HBsAg and HBcAb is 13%(48 case);The positive rate of both HBsAg and HBeAg was 8 1%(30 case);The positive rate of both HBsAb and HBcAb was 1 6%(6 case);The positive rate of all of HBsAg,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb was 1 6%(6 case);The positive rate of all of HBcAb was 0 3%(1 case) Conclusion:It is quite inadequate as well as easily missing for the diagnosis of part of chronic viral hepatitis B to simply depend on the positiveness of HbsAg and HbeAg to decide whether or not the HBV is reproducing or infectious.Determining the level of HBV DNA is effective in the selection of the clinical treatment plan and the observation of effect
