| 摘 要： | 应用5种抗HSV的McAb混合制剂对兔单疱角膜炎进行治疗实验。结果表明McAb有明显治疗作用,不但角膜病变程度轻,发展为角膜实质炎及虹膜炎的眼数也较少。两次实验结果相比说明McAb效价高,同时提高浓度改为眼膏剂型,每日治疗时间延长等均可提高治疗作用,与治疗HSK最有效的ACV无显著差异,是一种治疗HSK很有希望的制剂。

| Abstract: | The effets of specific monoclonal antibodies against HSV glycoprotelns gC and gD on the course of herpetic keratitis in rabbits are described. Five monoclonal antibodies were topically applied following ocular infection with HSV type-I. These specific antibodies had significant efficacy to epithelial infection of the cornea and prevented development of iritis and stromal keratitis. The effects of 0.2% monoclonal antibody solution or ointment appeared comparable with those of 0.1% Acyclovlr (ACV), though further studies are needed to define the mechanism of these effects. |
