| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴幼儿鼻泪管阻塞治疗方法、时机。方法婴幼儿鼻泪管阻塞1142例（1280眼）均在局麻下采用冲洗式泪道探通术治疗。随访6～18月。结果出生后1月内、1～6月、7～12月、1～3岁、4～5岁、6～14岁一次治愈率分别为100．00％、97．91％、93．86％、84．62％、80．00％、37．50％。结论冲洗式泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿鼻泪管阻塞安全可靠，疗效好，出生后3月内为最佳治疗时机。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and chance on the treatment of infantile nasolacrimal duct-block. Methods 1142 cases (1280 eyes) of infantile masolacrimal duct-block were treated by self-made syring probe with local anaesthesia and followed-up 6-8 months.Results The curative rate for age of 1 month,1-6 months,7-12 months, 1-3 years, 4-5 years, 6-14 years was seperately 100%,97.90%,93.90%,84.60%,80.00%,37.50%. Conclusions Self-made syring probe is simple,safe,useful and effective procedure for treatment of infantile nasolacrimal duct-block.The best chance of treatment of infantile nasolacrimal duct-block is the infancy aged in 3 months. |
