| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨HRCT在颞骨病变中的诊断价值。方法：对51例颞骨病变患者行薄层轴位扫描，其中10例加薄层冠扫，结果：51例患者中，外血8例，先天畸形14例，中耳乳突炎24例，肿瘤5例，分别进行影像学特点分析，结论：HPCRT对颞骨病变有良好显示，是目前最好的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the diagnostic value of HRCT in temporal disease.Methods:A total of 51 patients were given thin slice axial scan,with 10 of them having a thin slice coronary scan.Results:In all of the 51 cases,there were 8 cases with trauma,14 cases with congenital malformation,24 cases with otitis media and mastoiditis,5 cases with tumor.The imaging features of lesions mentioned above were analysed respectively.Conclusion:HRCT can make a clear show of temporal bone lesions,and it is the best examining method at present. |
