心肾综合征发病机制研究进展

心肾综合征（cardiorenal syndrome，CRS）是指由于心力衰竭引起肾功能不全时的一种临床综合征。狭义上讲．CRS是指慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者出现进行性肾功能不全，表现为治疗过程中血肌酐渐进性升高。广义上讲．CRS是指心脏或肾脏功能不全时相互影响、相互加重导致心肾功能急剧恶化的一种临床综合征。本文就狭义的CRS发病机制研究进展作一综述。

The progression of The pathogenesis of Cardiorenal Syndrome

Cardiorenal syndrome is a clinical syndrome when chronic heart failure causing renal dysfunction.In a narrower sense,CRS can be defined as worsening renal function in patients with CHF,it represents a gradually rise in serum creatinine during the treatment of CHF.In a broader sense,CRS can be defined as a clinical syndrome in which the heart or the kidney fails to compensate for the functional impairment of the respective other organ,which interacts each other, resulting rapidly worsening of heart and kidney function. The purpose of this article is to summarize the progression of the pathogenesis of CRS.
