化消饮对糖尿病大鼠血脂及血浆内皮素含量的影响

目的:观察化消饮对DM大鼠血脂、血浆内皮素含量的影响。方法:采用β-cytotoxina大鼠模型,将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胰岛素组、胰岛素加化消饮低、中、高剂量组,观察在胰岛素控制血糖基本一致的情况下,化消饮治疗8周对血脂、血浆内皮素含量的影响。结果:与胰岛素组相比,化消饮各剂量组在降低Tch、TG及ET方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05),在升高HDL-c方面仅低剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:化消饮能不同程度地升高HDL-c,降低TG、Tch、LDL-c、ET,改善DM大鼠脂代谢紊乱,改善血液高凝状态。

Effect of Huaxiao Potion on Blood Lipid,ET in Rats with Diabetes Mellitus

To observe the effect of Huaxiao potion (HXP) on blood lipid, ET in rats with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Imitated the model rats of diabetes mellitus(DM) induced by 8-cytotoxins. Apart from the control groups, all the model rats were divided into five groups at random, namely the pathology group, Insulin group, the low dose HXP and insulin group (HXP L) , the middle dose HXP and insulin group ( HXP H) , the high dose HXP and insulin group ( HXP H). On condition all the model rats had the same blood glucose controlled by insulin, observe the effect of HXP on blood lipid, ET after treated eight weeks by HXP. Results: In comparing with the insulin groups, the low, middle, high dose groups of HXP have the significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) , in reducing Tch, TG , ET, but in increasing HDL-c only the low dose groups of HXP has the significant difference ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: HXP can reduce Tch , TG , LDL-c, ET, increase HDL-c in plasma in different degree, the effect of HXP is better than that of the insulin group, especially the HXP L.
